Yesss!! I moved from Boston to Florida in 2021 after living in Boston for 11 years & it was the best decision!! It's definitely more of a slower pace vibe then the city which can take a bit to get used to, but after living here for almost a year, I can't even imagine living in Boston again.

I think it’s a good idea especially in your mid 20’s to live somewhere else to experience it . I did it for 2 years and now I’m 27 and i moved back to my home town but I’m so glad i experienced living somewhere new .

Maggie!! I moved to FL from Seattle for most of the same reasons you mentioned and it was the best decision I’ve made! The lifestyle, being outside and by the ocean and the energy is incredible. You would love!

I've lived in Chicago for 2 years now and it is really fun in the summer but in the winter it is absolutely dreadful :( and the crime rate is going up, a lot of people are apparently leaving due to that in the last year and its not been my favorite place to live. Visiting here was one thing but living here has been something I've had to try to adjust to. I think Florida sounds super fun, a whole different vibe! I'd live somewhere tropical like that if I could! Love your videos!

I live in North Carolina but have been thinking about moving further south for a couple years! I’m just like you though, I’ve lived here for my whole life and all my friends and family are here but I keep getting the feeling that my time here is up! It’s just scary to take that plunge but I know that great things come when we step out of our comfort zone! I love my city now but I’ve always wanted to move to Charleston, SC since I visited 4 years ago. Maybe I’ll do it soon if I’m not chicken lol. East coast gals for life :)

I’m live in MN & my parents just recently got a place in Florida & the quality of life especially in the winter is sooo much better… I truly do not believe people were meant to survive MN winters! We go days without the temperature getting above zero, no sun, hardly any daylight. It makes it so hard to be active. In Florida everyone is constantly outside and walking/biking/running and just much happier and healthier, at least where they are!

I have never been happier than I am in Chicago- legit mental health at an all time high. 10/10 would recommend. The weather is amazing like 8/12 months so the other 4 cold months are like nothing. You would def THRIVE in Chicago.

Chicago is pretty amazing as well but the weather in Florida is so nice and it would be so much easier to stay active year round in Florida...I heard St. Petersburg is a really great place to live. Hiii!! Don’t let Miami fool you, it’s VERY humid in the summer, from like April to October the humidity is horrible so going outside (unless you’re at the beach) is not that great haha, maybe Tampa would be better for you!! I love FLORIDA but just needed to let you know about how AMAZING it is, but also how it’s not a very “walkable” city in the summer!!

I support you getting out of Boston 100%. It took me until the last few years of my 20s to leave my home state and it’s been so exciting to enjoy the freedom of being free to travel how I please. I think you’ll enjoy visiting Boston:cape and seeing how far your money here in Boston goes elsewhere. I do short term furnished apartments and see where fits without a true commitment and buying furniture. I also am probably going to keep car leasing Bc I actually like changing things up. You’re young and have a degree and a job that you can do from anywhere-go explore!

Girl yessss. I moved from VA to Tampa, FL in 2020 and it’s been amazing since! There’s chilly weather days but for the most part, it’s hot all year round 😍 Tampa, St. Pete or Sarasota would def be your vibe! If you want East coast of FL, I’d definitely say Miami (Brickell area). Also a great option! Always look forward to your vlogs Mags! 🤍

self taught pro tip LOL: i use it when i am cleansing, that way it glides super easily w the water & cleanser. i find serums dry up too quick

try not to use it with just water and cleanser!! it can feel like it glides a lot but the water isn't enough slip for the actual gua sha and it can tug on your skin and make it sag in the long run :( oil-based serums dry slower, or try moisturiser.
