3 year old (almost) exmotion rider here. Problems i faced was jerking, solved via diagnostics and it’s actually spark plug problem (always use stock guys). Dead battery but it’s after 2 years of usage so its ok. Some other common problems: TPS where bike jerks and doesn’t maintain idle. The best solution to unknown problems is usually to plug in and diagnose via ECU etc. Can be mistaken for fuel pump problem also. Tensioner can be a problem too so some opt for manual tensioner. Chain is correct but it’s just about the noise ah. Battery lasted most of us 2 years+ but some unlucky ones will face problems by factory. Clutch slipping and hard to get to N? But i guess that’s riders problem. Fuel wise I can go up to 360km by 8L and then it starts to blink, going at 95kmh max with 90% expressway. Lower mileage for those who constantly rembat throttle. Tried Esso Shell and Caltex for several months and they gave bad mileage per tank (perhaps they burn efficiently) and now settled for SPC 95 as it gives the above mentioned mileage. Other than that no major issue for me as i keep track of services in my app by mileage. Take care of it well.

Hi, exmotion rider here too, I think I have a problem with my tps too, everytime when I go flat out at gear six, I am unable to reach at around 8k rpm. Instead it will sometimes suddenly slow down when I'm at gear six which I find it a hazard. Any advice on this?

damn bro. Yall really be whacking the bike. My FC is easily 380km per litre. Never went above 90kph and always shift before 6krpm.

Omg!! I am riding the streetster and was deciding to contact you for review, but guess I was late.. so sad. But nevertheless, thank you for reviewing! Separately, I have been riding the cb150r for over a year now and what I constantly find a pain is that the handlebar vibrates ALOT, to the point that I get aches from my wrist all the way to the shoulders. Otherwise, fuel economy usually at 40KM/L! Would love to get to know you Shariff, Zar & Farhan if possible!

I used to ride the ExMotion , 1 of the issue i had was the RPM keep "jumping" when i am stationary. Then what i knew from the mechanic is that the gas sensor is very sensitive. If the bike gas got mixture, E.g i pump 98 in SG, then i go JB i pump Vpower. then the RPM will keep jumping when i'm stationary. Another thing is the spark plug, mechanics dislike changing the spark plug because it is really deep inside, it is not easy to change.

I cant really advise man. However, get a bike you truly love with, whether it's the design or specs. Don't listen to people. However the MT-15 seems to be much more performance oriented.
