Not sure what that cause but try to log in using someone else computer. Maybe its option when cleaning history is not set up properly. Make sure tabs for cache and cookies are selected when cleaning history.

I am so sorry, I was on my vacation. The best is to change browser, if you used edge try google chrome. It is important to select few things in order to clear you history such as pass, cookies, and select all time not just last 7 days or one month. I assume you already managed by now.

@@anneebinum5696 It is same with my account. If I leave it open and do not do anything on my account it gets signed out or timed out. They probably have some feature that protects the account. So if you are not active on your account it will be logged out. What I do I clear my history with cookies and passwords and log in again. I just recently started with new visa for my family member and I was working on something else while GC key was open. After 5 min or so it kicked me out. I had to log in again but usually I have to clear my browsing history before I do it.

Once you sign in to you GC key account you can choose options on what you trying to submit, such as visitor visa, study permit, work permit. I will create video on how to start your application. So once you log in, scroll down and you will see start application. If you have reference code use it and continue with answering questions and if not scroll down and you will see 3 options for 3 different applications and click on it and keep answering questions.

hi Malhi, what is the application for? You need to link the application to GC key. You will only get updates on your e mail stating that your application has been updated. If you have IMM form saved for that application all the info is there in order to link it properly on your GC key account. Regards, Ela

Hi Nav, you can open your account as many time as you need, as long as you do not lock it with wrong sec answers. After you lock it, wait 24 hours and try again, that is in the case if you answer it wrong many times.

Hi Gourav Badhan, this video shows the issue only if your browser needs to clean out from history files, links and cookies. Try different browser such as EI, Chrome, Bing, or try different laptop for a change. Maybe your account is revoked? When you try to log in it does not say -account revoked?

But if you got it in your mail you are fine. I guess next step is to send your passport to get visa label to closest Canada visa center.
