Wanted to share how BROTOMOTIV has helped me. I am from Ghaziabad, UP and I have been following you guys since a couple of months. My new car was rear ended a few days back and I was asked to take the delivery yesterday. Watching your paint videos I learned alot and found that the painted parts were defective, lots or pinholes, orange peel and chipped edges. Parikshit bhai coming from a place of genuine love and respect I would like to say that at 10:55 brother Duna scrached his eyes directly after coming out of the paint booth, now I obviously don't know that whether his hands where contaminated with the paint chemicals but in case they do stuff like this it might create some very serious long term health issue's so if possible bhai plzz make them aware or better mandate the use of gloves and glasses inside paint booth at least!! Dear BROTOMOTIVE, I am a software engineer by choice.. and a core mechanical by heart. I understand the situation that you are facing with the current overload and motor power surges. Your decision of getting new 5HP compressor is correct, the only thing you should be worried about is getting solution to the power overloading. Try to keep idle components unplugged(make it habitual) and use multiple power-strip switches to avoid overloading. Thankyou. 💌 your videos influences me to get back into mechanical domain😂

Dear Parikshit, why are you going for Motor re winding which takes more load, you may replace the motor itself , also advised to use RCCB /ELCB where ever necessary for the most important equipment’s . For your pneumatic line from point to point keep pressure gauge with transparent moisture release valves . Of course I’m working with more bigger equipment Oil& Gas Drilling 😀

Being a electrical engineering, I suggest you to use 3 phase (phase failure relay) or pole dispensary relay for compressor motor, if any one phase is burn out or absent then your motor will automatically trip.

Hi my favorite KZbinrs, as u are facing many challenges in terms of electric load and utilization. I would suggest you to use only 3 phase equipment if the usage is more than 3HP/kW, as the electric utility recommends using this way. This will reduce the load on your electric system and frequent tripping of the main switch can be avoided. 2. You can apply for a separate HT connection of 30 KW or more as per your load enhancement and future requirements. Then all these high power equipments can be charged through this separate circuit. 3. Install SPP and MPCB for all your 3phase equipments. 4. U can ask ur electrician to check the rating of all MCBs and types of MCBs. Heavy motors require B-type of MCBs of the required rating. 5. Check all loose contacts etc on your electric panels. As BROTOMOTIVE will soon become big,, you need to plan accordingly about ur power system.

I would be glad if you would clear my doubt - Let us assume , A customer need the same colour as it is on the car and the paint is not in a bad condition , what if we just clay the paint and apply a layer of clear coat on it ?
