Monsoon Retreats is situated in the midst of a thick cardamom plantation where we had tried to blend Agro cum Ecotourism. Here we desired to spread agricultural awareness along with ecological service. Nights are serene which gives you the real essence of the jungle where one sleeps under the lullaby of Cicadas. Ecotourism initiative. Carbon neutral stay. Sustainable and Responsible Tourism for Biodiversity Conservation. Good Birding area. Out of 330 birds at Periyar Tiger Reserve, 80 species including endemics are found at Monsoon Retreats Ecostay.
Monsoon Retreats is the best place for staying with our family, friends, and honeymoon couples and it's a beautiful place with varieties of different trees, flowers, birds along some snakes. Early morning we can hear birds. This place is silent and moreover a peaceful place for everyone. The homestay system is a very good system. Some fresh fruits are there.

As per my experience, not possible budget stay in Forest... Need to bring everything inside forest , transport charge will be there for that..so not possible to budget ..anyway i will post video if anything i will find in budget
