My husband and I got married in The Little White Chapel! We used to go to Vegas every year for our anniversary, but in 2018 our grandchild was born and I was having fun being the grandma and didn't want to leave my peanut! Now my peanut is in kindergarten and will be 6!!! We hope to get to Vegas this summer. I'll have to stop at the Aria and try those dumplings! Thanks for taking us along!!

Hi Michelle! Thank you so much for this trip. It reminds me of my first, and sadly, last time that I visited the US with my now husband more than 10 years ago. We visited Colorado, Arizona, Utah, and Nevada (Las Vegas) 😍. So many great memories! A big hug from Switzerland and thank you for everything.

I just wanted to share that if any of your followers want to try writing with a fountain pen, but don't want to pay the money or fill the ink quite yet, Zebra makes a fountain pen! They come in 7 colors, stainless steel nib, 0.6MM... they are sold in the same area as other regular office supply pens 💙

7:07 this exactly, i live in northern germany and we have only forests, farms and rivers (if you don’t count the east and north sea, wich i don’t visit very often) to get a few hills we have to drive like 3 hours to middle germany (harz) or 9 hours to southern germany (the alps)… And you guys have those amazing rocks right at your doorstep ❤

I live in Toronto now but I used to live in L.A. and would go visit Vegas all the time. I miss Vegas!! But like you, I only went there for the food HAHA. My brother and I used to drive over there during the holidays just to go to Baccanal and Wicked Spoon. Vegas is definitely overhyped/over glamorized in movies. It's honestly not that great for those who are on a budget and can get dicey in some areas, esp off the strip. But if you go there for the food or to watch a show, it's a great experience! I also think it's a great place for your first designer / luxury shopping experience. The first time I ever got anything from Louis Vuitton was at The Venetian and that shopping area is beautiful.

Loving your day in the life videos! Thanks for sharing. I want a Barnes and Noble like that near me but alas, I live in a small town also.
@zida3 ай бұрын
I was too afraid to commit to a one line a day book - so I took a knock off weeks from amazon that I already had and I am using that instead. I'm starting with the more affordable undated planner thingy to build the habit of writing a few sentences every day. I wanted to do this because there is so much of my life that I can't remember. little things, every day things, things that made me laugh, things that made me cry and I want to stop forgetting.

I went to Vega several years ago and was only able to enjoy a small amount of it because my husband was in a bowling tournament the two days we were there. Hope to visit again someday. Thank you for sharing the notebook from Barnes and Noble, but I think I’m done buying notebooks…lol!! I have enough for a lifetime…of course you’ve enabled (suggested…lol) several of those. I read mainly thrillers, historical fiction, some non-fiction and an occasional romance (mainly contemporary romance). Now this is only my opinion, but I feel most people give away too much of a book, including publishers. Just because it’s in the synopsis…sometimes too much is given. Continue sharing your great content.
@SeaweedKisses7 ай бұрын
Yes, you must come back to Vegas as there's so much to experience, including the shows and good eats! As far as being done with buying notebooks, I'm with ya! 😅Pretty sure my bookshelf has enough to last me the next 20 years....but then I just had to come across this 68 gms Tomoe River Paper notebook!❤❤ hahaha! It's so light, yet durable with all the inks! Such a win! And you're absolutely right! Sometimes the publishers give too much of the book away with the synopsis. Leaves nothing to be surprised by or to look forward to. Like, why do they do this to us??😭😥

Hello Beautiful Michelle, I have never been to Vegas but it is on my wish list so I enjoy your travel adventures showing the landscapes and your cute finds. I'm going to try and start my own Gratitude and Gifts journal. We have a B&N but it is a bit of a hike across town. The travel weather is getting better here in Wisconsin, so I will make it part of my adventures. Someday perhaps you can introduce your husband to us; he sounds like such a good man. Sending Luv always, Cynthia ❤📖🌹🦋💮

omg the hobonichi 5 year journal should do sth like this T.T 20__ instead of specifying which years. i got a five year journal but because of some circumstances, couldnt use it the first year and the entire journal ended up like... useless T.T it was such an expensive journal too
@pixie07147 ай бұрын
So when it comes to book reviewers giving spoilers, I agree...but I can't remember any. I think it has to do with how long it takes for me to actually start reading a reviewer's recommendations. Just yesterday, I chose a book off my TBR list that has been on that list for two years. I can't remember anything about it. I just remembered that it was reviewed by a booktuber.
@SeaweedKisses7 ай бұрын
For some reason, I always remember the spoilers! haha! These book reviewers just need to keep it vague, unless it's noted as a spoiler, of course. I like the element of surprise.😅❤ Thanks for watching and commenting!

My husband loves airplanes too so I was so happy to hear someone else’s husband love model airplanes ✈️☺️ I’ve heard of When The Moon Hatched and that it was good so I’d love to hear your thoughts on it! I haven’t read it but would like to. I also think it is a bit spoiler-y to tell me that there is a plot twist or there’s a “redemption arc” or anything like that, because then 1) I know that there IS a plot twist of some kind and I over analyze like you do and 2) if there is an unlikeable character then I know pretty sure that that character will have the redemption arc and I don’t want to know that! Let me feel the feels for everything as I’m reading along. Give me the genre of the book, MC’s name, the basic plot (ex: Mila is a 21 year old female who is on a quest for treasure) that’s all I want to know! As for what I’m currently up to, my husband and I joined a gym recently that has child care so that’s been helping us a lot mentally. We moved to California a year ago with no family/friends around so it’s been challenging. Slowly making it our home though! Have a great week!

Born and raised in Vegas. Vegas was once a beautiful place, but now it is Eastern California. Once you could tell the hookers from the visitors and the locals. You dressed up to go to The Strip and Downtown. I'm trying to convince my husband to move. Even the food is not that great anymore. I was just wondering if you ever visit Daiso when you visit?

I miss the old Vegas when it wasn't so built up. Now, there is too much traffic and too many high rise buildings.
