I’m late but I really like this video! So…I reached out to Goliath hoping to get the bumper YOU excited me to BUY!! I really want a center guard and headlight hoops! After digging around online. I found a guy, Maciek Michalecki, that has the ABSOLUTE MOST SICK bumper I’d seen😱😱😱 I was IMMEDIATELY ready to pull the trigger and possibly even drive down from Lake Junaluska, NC! After the generated response from my request…it’s been crickets from them… I was so STOKED to see that protection but I guess I’ll have to go a different direction because those guys at Goliath ghosted me. Glad you had a good experience, bumper looks Great! Thanks for all your GX content

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. They are a great group of guys and I would highly suggest giving them a chance. They are usually swamped as they are a small team trying to crank out a lot of products. Plus they moved to a new shop which I would imagine being difficult to manage. Thank you for reaching out and I appreciate you being a subscriber. Stay tuned for some good vlogs coming up over the next 2 months!

I’m sold on the Goliath bumper after this video . I love the minimalist utilitarian aspect and the price is right too . Rattle can skills on point too . Only thing I would change is using the raptor 2k aerosol . It’s pricey but worth the extra cost .

Right?! Such an amazing bumper design and great price. I agree, the 2k aerosol would be better. I’ll tell you what, this 1K has taken a good amount of beating without scratching. They make a solid product!

@dylancole8040Ай бұрын
@@coreynelson9727 Yes, I wish I could post pictures but I bought one stock and now it has 35s, BMC, method wheels, dobinsons lift kit (rear long travel), perry parts bump stops, front swaybar delete, adjustable rear swaybar links, and i just snorkeled it a few months ago since my fender liners were all messed up from me cutting to clear my tires. But its been the best vehicle I've had and I made so many good memories with it and have learned a lot considering I haven't taken a vehicle off-road. My skid plate is bent and I have other scrapes underneath and my paint has Ozark pin stripes but its all worth it!

The width on the tape is 0.94", so you can safely round to 1" and have margin. Yes, 1 inch from the seam on the sides and I went 1/2" on the front and followed that line into the sides.

Nice. But why not a quality powder-coat option from the factory? So much extra prep and work to paint. You know this will easily chip and you will spend endless time with touch up. Its the most worn part of the car day to day. Also what about the airbag sensor? How would this impact that? Pun intended.
@Awesomoto2 жыл бұрын
Hey C.A. Nix! I agree, much more prep time for the painting and a factory option would be nice. The wild thing for me was witnessing how durable this liner has been! It can take rocks and branches on trails and does nothing to the surface. After about 72 hours of curing this paint became hard as a rock and I am now sold on the product. There were no airbag sensors built into the bumper, so I havent hindered that functionality. The airbags will still deploy after a certain level of G force occurs from impact. These are great questions that I didnt consider covering in the video, so I appreciate you asking these!
