@@luromano2938 GEL License ay sa Pinas lng. Unless yung bansa na pupuntahan mo ay meron ding katulad ng GEL License which sila naman ang mag-process for u. Like when I was working sa Macau, we have some sort of GEL.

@@nxssix4087 Hi! Dati din akong Casino Dealer, then naging Supervisor, na-promote at naging Manager sa casino. Naging Trainer din ako ng mga casino games until naging Training Manager ako. I am still working sa casino as a Pit Manager. In short, as long as u do good sa casino, u will be promoted.

In my opinion, as I've conducted a lot of interview, I prefer the applicant to speak in English. As u know, we Filipinos are highly regarded by other countries as a good English speaking nation. I suggest that u practice speaking in English.

Hi Jinky! When I was a casino dealer, I think the challeng would be making a mistake tapos the patron will be angry. Most of the time nga...patron will still be angry kahit no mistake done..reason kasi they are losing money. Pero part of the job naman yun.

Hi! Thnx for subscribing. IMHO, ako kasi when I conducted interviews, I prefer na kaoag English ang question ko, English din sana sasagot. Pero depende naman sa interviewer yan. Meron papayag na Tagalog, or Taglish. Pero di ba mas ok if u will answer in English para mas impress sila sau. 😉

I work with a lot of casino dealer na taga-Rizal at Antipolo. Yung iba nga taga-Bulacan pa. I suggest mag-board ka malapit sa casino na work mo. Yun din sasabihin mo sa interview. Na kapag tinanggap ka nila, u will rent malapit sa work para di ka ma-late.

May ibang company kasi na ayaw talaga na may tattoo. Especially kung expose ang tattoo like sa kamay or sa leeg. Until now kasi, tattoo is not an acceptable physical feature. I have tattoos! And it's a lot. But I made sure its not exposed. And in my case kasi na management position na ako, hindi na sya masyado big deal kasi we are wearing long sleeve shirts at naka-coat pa. Try to apply to other company na tattoo is acceptable. May I ask, saan ba yung tattoo mo?

Well actually, tattoos especially kapag visible is discourage. I have my own tattoos. Actually I have a lot. But all not visible. Go in andbget a tattoo. Pero I suggest na tago. And if ever u have a tattoo na visible...just be honest if ever u will go for a dealer interview. If u can hide it using concealers then good.

Nung ako kasi ang interviewr...I prefer kasi na when I asked a person using English....I prefer they answer in English. We Filipinos are well known on being very articulate in English. So u must know how to express urself on the English language. Besides, the moment u plan on working abroad, English is the international language. So u really need it.
