Hi Jazz, pay attention to your body. Your body tells you what’s wrong, and you know your body so listen to it. I’m not trying to change you from eating rice, but I no longer have rice in my diet. I haven’t eaten rice in 4 years, and I learned to live without it. They say Rice is not good for us even though we Americans love to eat it with every meal. Also, I’ve seen a video that confirmed why I no longer eat it. I felt bloated too, and gained a lot of weight which made me feel sluggish all the time. I saw a video from China, where they were making rice out of plastic. 😳 So we have to really check our food now because they’re already saying America’s not giving us real food.🙏👍💯

When we had our mama's homegoing service in April 2024 we received Lily plants 🪴 Our mama's name was Lillie 💛💛💛. I had the lily plants 🪴 yellow & white planted in our front yard . I did a little research and found the best 👌🏽 plants 🪴 for beginners or people who want low maintenance plants 🪴 they are called succulents. I am keeping it 💯 A few have died on me , I didn't inherit my mom's green thumb 👍🏽
