Hey Loyiso, for Korean authors I would like to recommend Pachinko by Min Jin Lee and Human Acts by Han Kang. They both are critically acclaimed, but Panchinko is my fav because of the complex dynamics and narrative flow that tells the lived experiences of Korean people during the Japanese invasion. 5:07

The way I've been coming to check if there's a new vlog I missed all through the Christmas Holidays and New Years. It's good to see you Loyiso. Wishing you such a happy and gentle year ahead. Hey Lindani, I just was not getting any value from it (other than keeping up with friends I’d met all over the world pre-WhatsApp calls). I consume my preferred ‘value-adding’ media mostly through KZbin: video essays/commentary channels, mini documentaries and vlogs. I now have so much time coz social media was just wasting my time tbh
