Vlog # 86 Tumpak Sewu and Life threatening experience at mt. Bromo

Finally I arrived to east Java and straight on to my first adventures. Tumpak Sewu waterfall beats all the Balinese waterfalls for sure.
Mount Bromo crater is something else... I shouldn't be walking around the crater as it isn't for hiking. Two or three times I honestly risked my life. Couldn't capture these parts on camera as I was lucky just to pass those areas without slipping and sliding down. Definitely that was one of the scariest moments of my life when you feel helpless and only rely on pure luck.
Later I told to couple of local guides about my venture, they both called me mad and lucky survivor! I promised myself never ever again I'll put myself in such a risky situations.

normally you had to climb hill to see sunrise bromo then after you'd see the crater

Borobudur is too expensive and not worth it anymore because you can't go up. Prambanan is a better choice right now, a lot of temples in the area.
