2 FULL fingers of sunscreen lol but any amount of sunscreen is a start and definitely better than No sunscreen. And yes obviously the qty depends on person to person basis the size of their face and the rest of the exposed area on the neck/shoulders but the idea is to cover all parts of your skin with a Layer of sunscreen.

girl please don’t use a spin brush it’s going to kill your moisture barrier and they accumulate so much bacteria. if you really want, get a silicon pad or a PMD but overall wouldn’t recommend
