Hey Mutombo. Sorry for your loss. Regarding the complex papers, I'm in education and it's just as bad over here. I need a dictionary and meditation to understand the simple point behind their ridiculously verbose papers. The worst thing is that teachers are not reading them and they're written to improve teaching and learning. Funny and sad at the same time. I want to change it but if I won't get a job then I might have to follow suit which is depressing.

Many hugs from me Sassy! Big mami will be so so missed! My own confession is that I never touched my multivitamin tablets again after the first time I took them when covid started 😩. Terrible! I had to find chewy supplements or more tasty ways to improve my vitamin/mineral intake. A dietitian who doesn’t like tablets 😂...wonderful. Meanwhile, I get stomach cramps when I eat green apples or sour fruits on an empty stomach. It causes an acid reflux which is so painful... and the reflux can reach the esophagus, which then causes heartburn. Perhaps that may have been the discomfort, as AVC is acidic and then you also ate an apple same day. Try monitor and see if it happens again then you could be sure that was it and rule it out 😊✨. Sour fruits in general cause me stomach cramps if I eat them on an empty stomach, so I try to eat first before eating fruits. Hope this helps abit 🥰. And then your work space is so organized like 😭😭😭 can I have it?🤣 as for these complex journals, those have been my bread and butter these past days. I’ve spent hours on end infront of my laptop trying to make sense of unnecessary complexities. Read whole articles only to pick one line that makes sense 🤣. The life of a researcher! 🥵. May God reward our efforts oooo!

Oh sorry about the lost of your granny, she's in heaven and now looks after you as an angel, I believe. Your stomatch may be hurting cause of the apple cider vinegar, most people i know who take it struggle with the stomatch pain or heart burn after taking it , so i would advice you dilute it with over a litre bottle of water or more to ecape the discomfort.
