I couldn’t agree more about discipline and motivation. For most people, there are a million other things that you’d rather be doing. If you wait to be motivated, you’ll die from health complications waiting to be healthy. To help cultivate the art of discipline, I ask myself when I feel my discipline faltering, “would I rather do this now, or sadly regret my decision not to at a later time when it’s too late”. Those are great apps that you have for Thomas and I absolutely loved at the end of the video when him and the Unicorn were nuzzling each other 💕

Yes - I just looked and it’s $35CDN but there seems to be some free options for visual schedule builders too. He will also even enjoy us just writing down a list for the day so he can see it as it’s crossed off.
