I know this is a random video to say this on, but I just wanna say I really appreciate you Joe. You've helped me out so many times. You're awesome. Keep up the great work.

I love these lights (picked up 6 last year) I'm sure you've seen them in action by now... The motorized focus is great but I just wish they came with motorized zoom... Oh well, I see a pair of Inno spot elites in my future

Hey Joe. I dig the vids. What is the purpose of having myDMX and the Wyfly Ne1? Doesn't mydmx take the place of a dmx controller? Is there a reason to use them both at the same time or are you using them separately?
@joshbobby9 жыл бұрын
Yesssss!! Mydmx 2.0. Brilliant USB Interface!!!! love is sooooo much and the Facebook support group is so helpful!! i know you're going to enjoy it! The newer features like the 3D visualiser are brilliant so far as well (even though they're only a BETA version)!!

Hey Joe. I'm a bit slow getting to some of these videos. I like when you do vlog-format videos. I know unboxings and little sit-down chats aren't as cool as setup tours and light shows, but they're nice every now and then. I don't personally know much about lighting just yet, but those lights you've got there look nice (I'll have to catch the video where you get them powered up). I know you've worked with fancy hired-in stuff before, but these do seem like a step up from some of your previous personal equipment, so here's to that! In watching some of your past DJ gigs, I had often wondered why you weren't using a usb/dmx interface; I'll be interested to see what you do with computer programmed lighting controls. Anyhow and as always, best wishes, Joe!

Do the Inno Spot Pro's come with a decent preset for mounting on Totums outdoors? No point in shining up when there is no ceiling, need more focus on the dance floor

Would it be possible to do a video on how to use VDJ's LED Panel on the back of their lights? I Bought a ADJ VioMoon LED quite awhile ago and still have no idea how to use the panel or get the light to stay on without it going back to Menu Thanks

I have the 2 ADJ twins and 2 chauvet gig bars. Would the NE1 be a good controller for them?

Looks good. Do you have any thoughts on the new Zero88 FLX? Especially in a medium sized educational venue with primarily LED fixtures. Is there anything better for the price? Thanks.
@jldjukvideo9 жыл бұрын
Semaphore Productions It looks like a great desk. Personally I would be more tempted by an ETC element but only because I am an EOS programmer
@SignalBox9 жыл бұрын
Thanks! I think the ETC element is more designed for conventional lanterns. The desk is for a new building and I still don't know if there is even going to be the necessary power for some dimmers yet :(

Do you think a large venue could make the switch to LED? I currently have two iSolution iMove 250S moving heads which are great but we're looking for two more moving heads, do you think an LED bulb could be as bright as these? :) Looking forward to your reviews btw!
@telon359 жыл бұрын
***** No, You'd want to buy other MSD fixtures if you want something equally as bright.
@jldjukvideo9 жыл бұрын
***** Depends on the venue. If its a small club or somewhere with low ceilings LED is a good option. Anything with a large space your better with normal lamps. You get more for your money when it comes to the bigger fixtures
@PaulBriggs099 жыл бұрын
***** What I thought, the rigging is about 10 meters off the ground :/ Is there anything like LED PAR cans which would be suitable for the high rigging?
@telon359 жыл бұрын
***** Led pars are different some can out bright other moving heads. If you are looking for very bright ones look into the more professional ones

Well thats interesting - if its only 80w how the heck does it manage to draw enough current on striking (you don't strike an LED though?) to trip the mains?
@jldjukvideo9 жыл бұрын
Dan Clarkson Its not the lights. We currently have power problems in the house. When you turn on a certain light switch it blows half the house
@danclarkson34689 жыл бұрын
O. Yeah that is a problem.... Thats some dodgy electric, at least my uni house doesn't have electric issues! Woowzers.

Id like to see some Tutorials of MyDMX2, because I use it too and I am having some problems with the performance of it, meaning that it is crashing very often. Also in the live shows...
@andrewmurtagh50659 жыл бұрын
If I were you I would check that you have the program MyDMX and not MyDMX Beta. Beta means unstable so you may have problems, if you do have the beta version just re-download it from the ADJ website and make sure it is not beta!;-)

Andrew Murtagh I tested both versions and I had problems with the none beta version during the show

jayja45 Also called a ring main!
@jayja459 жыл бұрын
Erroneously though, A Ring Main is used in the distrobution network, there is probably one burried outside under the road, but it has nothing to do with Ring Final Circuits.
@aaronm93539 жыл бұрын
While often known as a ring main, he is right in saying that it is incorrect. There are only two types of circuits: ring and radial.
