Heyy Gorl , rules to drinking coffee .. because I’m a pro at this point lol . Coffee makes you go Bc it a Diuretic lol .doesn’t matter what you drink after you gonna go .😂 However many oz you drink of coffee you should follow up with water.. 8oz of coffee drink 8 oz or more of water .. and you gotta eat Bc if you have coffee on a empty stomach your gonna get that feeling .. like the jittery and stomach feels like it’s tossing. Try eating breakfast and drinking coffee at the same time ! That should help ❤️
