How to distinguish ALAMAT 's voice? They are trained to be versatile: To do runs, falsetto, rap, harmony, etc. Opinyon ko lang po ito. Di naman mahirap i-identify yong mga boses nila kasi iba iba talaga. Just like their region, they have different traits. 9:27 MO of Zambales His distinct voice is very soulful since he grew with his roots of African heritage. Nalilito lang ako kung sino ang may pinaka makulot ang boses: Mo, Gami, Tomas? 10:59 TOMAS of Albay His voice sounds the youngest despite being him the eldest. Minsan maharot yong boses gaya nung sa Kasmala. 15:25 R JI of Samar He is the coolest guy. He loves to be handsome not just in visual but also in voice. Lodi ko sa piano 18:01 VALFER of Negros He is also cool but the difference between Rji is that Valfer is the rocker type. He has this lazy yet strong but thin voice. Lodi ko to sa gitara. #KasmalaDonV Nashock lang ako na ang galing din pala niya sa harmony. 19:12 GAMI of Bohol He has the most unique since he has this nasal voice. *wala na talagang kulang sa Alamat, ang ideal na nila as a group and how they're presented by their team. pero nakakalungkot na hindi pa rin ganun kalakas ang suporta, biruin mo mahilig tayo sa **#PinoyPride** at itong Alamat ay nagsusumigaw na Pinoy Pride. Yes, sadly hindi sila masyadong na-aapreciate ng iba. Pero mas maganda siguro kung tangkilikin muna sila ng mga pinoy before going internationally, but of course they truly need the support of our kababayan. Same with some artist, they weren't supported by they're own fellow filipinos that's why they decided to just market international audience. Then when they get recognise our people will say "Pinoy Pride" "Proud Pinoy" that's just so sad. Sana talaga tangkilikin na ng mga pinoy ang musika natin, at mga talentandong artist like Alamat.

I disagree. Hindi nila kailangang kumanta sa Ingles kasi hindi naman ito ang layunin nila (ipakita ang diversity ng Pilipinas lalo na sa wika). Ang kulang sa Alamat ay marketing. Ikumpara mo ang Alamat at The Juans, parehong nasa VIVA ngunit mas sikat ang TJ kasi minamarket sila at mas marami silang events na pinupuntahan.

sobrang unfortunate na wala pa tayo sa panahon na confident tayo sa talento at produktong pilipino, sobrang nakakalungkot na lahat ng kanta ng Alamat sobrang ang gaganda tsaka hindi pinepeke yung skills ng mga miyembro pero ang response ng mga pinoy ah nalakatumal something's not working sa marketing strategy, hindi ibig sabihin may mali sa strategy pero may mali sa mindset ng mga pilipino, so ang way is to work around it and for me ang naisip ko ay mas lakihan pa ang target audience ng alamat, hindi naman mawawala ang purpose, tsaka itong bagong strategy ay para din naman sa filipino audience.

@@miimonster3 Yes, you're right. The mindset of filipinos is very complicated, and yeah I agree to market them to a bigger audience. I think one of the things is they should put English subtitles to their vlogs/videos, because I saw some International Magiliws having a very hard time keeping up with Alamat due to lack of subtitles. I think they should prioritize international audience aswell. And about releasing a full english song is not bad too, it is a way for them to be notice internationally. I do hope for a better future of Alamat, let's just wait and see if the management will take our suggestions. Before that let's enjoy the contents and releases of the boys. Hoping for them to get big.
