There are plenty of people who work full time jobs that can do a 9 am workout class, including me.... lol? I work in one of the demanding fields, Its called work life balance, learn it

I don't have to work and I still can't imagine working out at 9A! I'm not a morning person. You could always work out after your job. We all have our own schedules whether you are part of the 1% or not.

When you use Vicks vapor rub make sure you do not go outside because it's going to open your pores and that could cause you to get even sicker it is best to use it at night and for it to work faster put it on the bottom of your feet and put socks on when you're in the bed it will absorb faster

my boyf has been taking these allergies drops from “quello”. It’s immunotherapy that you just drop in your mouth everyday and your body builds immunity to the things you’re allergic to. It has WORKED.

Sinex works great in a pinch but if you take it more than 3 days in a row it creates the congestion all over again 😭 I rotate that and Vicks and Zyrtec d for allergies 👌🏽

Claritin is lortidane which isn’t enough for seasonal allergies try Zyrtec or any cetirizine it works better for me!
