I do understand that KZbin content is more work and needs much more time compared to shorts. But I have to say, just as a regular visitor of your channel, I would be little sad if your channel would be the next channel doing "shorts" here on youtube or just producing less. I would prefer to have fewer new videos but longer ones (as now) than shorts I know you referred to shorts on Instagram. This is just a general comment and my opinion :) - at the end it's your decision as the creator and I enjoy your content
