See Gretchen they were out of oat milk, I went to chipotle and paid extra for steak, by mobile ordering and when I got there they didn’t have steak so then I asked for the new chicken, Ithey didn’t have that either, so I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes for just regular chicken, that’s why I don’t like mobile ordering !🤬 they got my beans wrong too 😬

I don’t drive, so drive-thru is not an option for me. I’ve been burned in the past by mobile ordering and not receiving my full order, or something was messed up, so, for me, it’s personally ordering from a human!
