McKennaaaaaaa all the scents for the laundry stuff can mess your hormones!! Lol. I was like “we better not see a pimple in this vlog”…then boom lol. I just turned 31 last week and it’s crazy that I went from the self care product junkie queen to making my own bodywash, lotions etc. I did way too much over the years and messed around plucking beards hairs lol. I pretty much reverse the acne and facial hairs, “stress belly” etc by making changes that were good for hormonal balancing. Hope my two cents helps… -from someone who never thought they would be in their 30s lmao.
