Minna's Karelian pie
dough
150ml water
1 spoon of oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
300ml rye flour
100ml wheat flour

250ml water
200ml rice (unwashed)
750ml milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg

how to make milk porridge
1. Add unwashed rice to boiling water, mix, cover and heat for about 10 minutes.
2 When the rice absorbs water, add milk and heat slowly for 30 minutes, stirring the bottom of the porridge occasionally.
3. When the rice is cooked and the milk is almost gone, remove it from the heat and let it cool completely.
