Green juice / smoothie:
(Ingredients don’t have to be exact, use what you have)
Handful spinach
Approx 1/3 cucumber
1-2 stalks of celery
Handful frozen mango and/or pineapple
Juice of 1 lime
Some fresh herbs, like mint or cilantro
Coconut water (also nice with normal water)
Few ice cubes
Blend all in high speed blender

Happy birthday Annie! I agree, ageing is a privilege, since hitting my thirties, I feel like each year I come to myself more, if that makes sense? In my late teens and early twenties, I moved away from my inner child to be who I thought I should be, according to society. However, since doing inner work and discovering my love of psychology, I realised we radiate brighter and life flows easier when we honour our authentic selves, the version of us that was curated from ages 0-7. I can’t tell how happy I am when I let my creativity flow and move my body in nature like I did as a young girl.

Happy birthday!! 34 is young but I think how you feel at each age and stage in life is different for everyone. The life you have lived, your current circumstances, your health, diet, exercise, etc. has a lot to do with it. I’m 42 and definitely feel different physically and mentally than I did in my 20s and even in my 30s. Life has its ups and downs. But you are doing great!

Happy birthday but girl at 34 you’re still a baby 😂 You don’t really start feeling “old” until you’re in you’re mid 40s and random body parts start hurting for no reason even though you work out and eat very healthy. But I’m 43 and still feel young. I eat clean and do strength training almost everyday. Even after 2 kids I’ve maintained my body and it’s gets much harder in your 40s. BUT life is good!

40's is my best decade yer, 30's was more difficult with having small babies and kids. 40s you get your energy back and get so much more confident.
