Just watch beginner tutorials on KZbin, you'll get there. You don't rub powder in your eyebrows you use a brown eyebrow pencil would match your complexion, there are different sizes and angled brushes for different applications and you can use and applicator Sponge under your eye to blend foundation. I'm a beginner and I watch KZbin videos, I haven't mastered it yet, don't wear makeup that often, but I'm getting there.
