Hey girl Hey! I use a cycle tracker, I’ve used it for years and love it… it’s called mydays, it keeps track of when my period will start n my symptoms, it’s dead on too… let me tell you. Plus, I think it’s important for woman as we age to keep track of our cycles. I love the women your becoming Tajah ❤such a beautiful soul. Your hunger for God is amazing n just what we need more of. I think I’m going to follow and not drink for awhile, I normally don’t but sometimes I do on special occasions and I think I’m to a point in life where I just don’t want to. Tajah, I feel you on about to be on the verge of tears with that food situation LOL! However, I like to view those types of situations as intentional inconveniences sent from God. I think that’s protection. We never know why we have moments where we feel inconvenienced, but that could very well be the Lord taking you on a detour to stop you from encountering danger (lookup the “burnt toast” theory)! But we thank God for patience to not go off in the moment!
