Do you dry your hair before bed or sleep in it wet? In my experience (I’m not a hair professional) my hair will be SUPER greasy if I don’t blow dry it. My hair also gets greasier after i get my hair wet in a pool or lake. To my understanding, your hair can sometimes produce more oil to protect itself if. But just a thought for your 2 hairs haha ❤

In college my best friend and I went to yoga because everyone said it would help with her ADHD and my anxiety. Well. We were kicked out because we kept laughing at one another. You're the first person I've herd get kicked out too. When I tell people they give mea look like I'm nuts. But to this day, I think it was the teacher. Because i've been in other yoga studios since and been able to do well in the class and calm my never off mind. Same with my friend.
