I could be wrong but I honestly get the energy/ vibe from you that you aren’t 100% happy with your flat atm like I don’t know how to explain it but I feel if you was to move you’re not doing it because you’re eager I feel you have a few reasons to move and that it would make you feel a lot happier. Don’t get me wrong you’re always glowing with happiness but idk I like to think I pick up energies quite well and I just get the vibe that if you was to move you wouldn’t regret it. My boyfriend bought his first house (2 bed) in 2019 with the same idea as you that he’d have it for a couple of years before going bigger. Then he ended up putting it up for sale and had an offer accepted on a bigger 3 bed house with me less than 11 months later. Defo possible, especially if you’ll be keeping your first flat anyway and renting it out. It’s not completely crazy, it’s just paying all the solicitor fees etc all over again a year later that people think is mad, but you’re going to have to do that at some point anyway, so it doesn’t matter. Worked for us, - we wanted a bigger place so just did it xx

I used to get up at 3am for work when I was 16 then I used to go sixth form after and then my old job I got up at 5am and now I get up at 7:30 🙌🏻
