Me i had to pasabuy pa those white barubaruan (thats how we call the newborn clothes with tie sides in the province hehe) from pinas kasi wala dito nyan and super struggle naman if newborn and i had to suot the clothes sa head each time i kennat hehe You may wanna research also about perineal massage..and eating dates and drinking raspberry leaf tea to help with labor.. Also great to have for postbirth care down there: With hazel perineal spray Postpartum rhoid balm Tucks medicated cooling pads I also saw alot of women(in YT) using padsicles after birth, these are maternity napkins that has been sprayed with witch hazel and then made frozen before using them
