Hey Weylie. I feel so relieved to hear someone else express that their social skills have gone down in the last two years. I’m also an introvert and have mild social anxiety which has gotten a lot worse since Covid and spending so much time alone. I also relate to you when you say you’ve developed more insecurities in this time frame. Can I just tell you with my honest heart: ever since the pandemic happens, due to the sense of insecurity (hear of covid) whenever I socialize with people face to face, I get mentally exhausted super quickly.... I don't know why, I think I'm just no longer feeling at ease or comfortable in socializing situation as the pre-covid self.. I'm happy to know my doubt is relatable with yours Weylie

I'm extroverted and my social skills haven't been sharpened in a while. I definitely relate and it sucks because socializing is how I regain my energy but I've developed mild anxiety and makes it harder for me to recharge, I'm an extrovert with a hermit lifestyle😭

I’m 31 and when I finally accepted and understood that I was having a quarter life crisis, I just knew that this journey is not meant for anyone to understand but me. As scary as that may sound to have to do this on your own, it’s just as liberating too. When you start to discover more about yourself in your own words/thoughts and figuring out what the new you wants and need, the self love and self confidence that you have will grow substantially. I'll be turning 29 too, later this year, and over the past couple of years I've really drawn back from social media as well. When you grow up oversharing I guess it feels nice to reclaim privacy. Also instead of trying to continue down the path of youtuber/streamer I've taken the time to discover what I really want to pursue in life. Content creation has become much more of a hobby again and it feels great. Especially to not rely on it entirely for income anymore. (Personally of course, if you do that's more than ok!) Make the videos you want to make! Watching you cook and share your home design is wonderful. I'd love recipe cards on screen if you think it would fit in well. You also have a very unique perspective and entertaining way of expressing yourself, so it's nice to hear you chat to the camera/answer questions as well. Your and Wah's relationship, as well as your relationships with your animals are all adorable and it's fun to watch snippets of that. Share what you want to and don't feel pressured to make things public that you really would rather not. Be well! And just as an aside... you're really inspiring me to start getting back into shape and work on my flexibility lol. This is the age to really get that sorted, or so I hear!
