Omg thank you so much for talking about this because I feel no one believes me. In my 30 years of life I never got pimples, acne, nothing. And after I became vegan and gluten free my skin went nuts, I have the worst breakouts, cystic acne.. for 2 years until I healed my gut and reintroduced first salmon and fish oil, then grass fed organic meat and dairy. Really every time I try to bring this up some people say it’s normal to breakout a little when you go vegan, but to me was not a little it was the worst

Just so you know - the RMS concealer has coconut oil in it as its first ingredient and can be pretty comedogenic/pore clogging! if its not affecting you then keep using it! its a beautiful product. but i had to stop using it when i realized that it was breaking me out. :)

I really suggest you to stop with the facials (at least for a while) and let your skin restore its protective barrier. Use Apple cider vinegar (1 tbsp for 1 cup of water) and use cotton pads to apply the solution on your skin. Do it twice a day (morning and before bed) and you should start seeing results! I would stay away from all the face masks and facials. Sometimes less is more!
