Hey girl! I'm going to try & tell you my story on weightless as best as I can. I actually started my weightloss journey 4 years ago. I gained so much weight after I had my son, which I weighed almost 200 lbs, & I'm short at only 5"1. So I felt horrible. 4 years ago I decided to dedicate myself to changing my terrible eating habits, which was a lot of sweets, & fast food, I also ate pretty late at night which is not good. I started out with baby steps by eating healthier & limiting how much sweets I was eating. Then I looked into intermittent fasting & never went back. I eat everyday from 12:00pm & stop eating at 6:00pm, then do it again the next day. I am very strict about what I eat & when I eat. I also workout Monday through Friday, which I incorporate weight training & cardio. I now weigh 120 lbs. I completely changed my body. It's been a journey but I take it very seriously, & fitness is my passion as well as eating healthy & balanced meals. My husband bought an air fryer for us which is awesome. He got it off Amazon, & we make sweet potato fries in there, as well as I cook all my veggies & some protein in it. It makes the food taste great without the oil & grease. Sorry this is so long, but you can definitely do it if you are dedicated & stay consistent with it. I take it day by day. And yes that's me in my profile picture, I'm proud of the work I put into it, even on days when I wanted to quit lol. Praying for you girl! Us Ecuadorian girls gotta stick together!😊💗

That’s amazing girl I’m so happy for you it is definitely a lot of work and dedication. Girl, I was doing so gooooood!! One day it all went down the drain but I’m ok now it just those 6 lbs which yes it’s nothing but something you know I hit my plateau 😩 but I know I’ll get it done and loose it, like you said get strict with it and follow through.
