Suggestion: investigate Hatha Yoga. Each morning, meditate/pray. Stand on your head (against the wall) twice a day for a few minutes each time. Add this to your exercise routine. Be patient. In time you will feel the difference.😊

And this difference kept my youthful appearance. As well as assisted in my overall well being. I only suggested thus b'cuz u 2 guys I admire. Keep up your meanful advice as well.
