btw for people who want to know- i had 100g of that granola which contains oats and seeds so that is already 500calories + 200 g pomegranate + that pear, then i had that lunch with 200g salmon + 500g peas and etc + 300 g of carrots , and yes i measure everything, and yes i can eat only carrots if i want to. Gosh i am doing this for almost 3 years and my blood test are good and i feel great, and my brain is working lol so don't worry girl, all good

yea everyone has their own reasons for make up..anyway my comment was directed to her i am not pointing to any one...i just liked the fact that she doesnt wear make up daily... but...in my opinion...i am not obliged to please anyone with my physical appearance...everybody should accept me the way i am without make up..we are human beings first!! i dont like ppl who judge other according to how much she is wearing make up or what brand is her shoes and all those shitty stuff...i know that this category of ppl is the most existing on this planet...but i really dont care for any body...

Btw about chemicals, you're right, I also would add that there are chemicals not only in food, but everywhere around you.. That's funny how people won't say "hey, you shouldn't be wearing this jacket, it has chemicals in it, or you should wear a mask cause there's pollution around you.." Oh, and about protein powder, I have a "diet" similar to yours, and I used to eat sometimes some protein powders but..really, I don't think it's necessary and you seems to be getting way enough proteins in your diet. People often think you get protein only from animals products..but there's like 20g of proteins in 500g of peas! Really enjoyed this vlog btw, you're so real behind the camera and this is quite rare on youtube where I find that lots of other people are like "acting" ;) And meow to your cat! xo
