I was never really a fan of Dale Jr in his racing days, but I’ve gained a lot of respect for him since then. He’s become a real ambassador of the sport and he continues to let his voice be heard. Awesome job!

My fandom started in 2007, I may be mistaken, but I consider the worst year of his NASCAR career. It didn't even seem he had enough self confidence to even look into the camera. He's like two different people. He and everybody around him have every right to be proud of the man he has become.

I doubt there is anyone more important to Nascar than Dale Jr. He embodies the sport.

NBC5 Chicago predicts the possibility for rain on Saturday. A road race with mufflers and windshield wipers? Turn 7 will be red flag central.

Whoever thought it would be a good idea to have JR and Burton announcing from the infield just off the track needs to get a new job. Coudn't hear a thing when the cars were going by except the cars. Stick to announcing in the booth.

I was very disappointed in Dale Jr calling the Nashville race last night an exciting race - very disappointed. Apparently his words cannot be trusted in the future as that was one of the most boring Nascar races I have seen in my over 50 years of watching stock car races.
