I love meal preparation. I'm from Mexico and I don't know many of these dishes. They look delicious and inspire me to cook when I feel down and overwhelmed not wanting to eat.

Hi, answering your question, I personally prefer watching first person views... Like it's me who is experiencing everything first hand. Also in this kind of vlogs, I watch them to escape from sounds of voices. So I prefer everything simple and written.
