@@marias8007 thank you! Honestly the story isn’t that interesting so I’ll add it here - I honestly just think i got lucky with perfect timing. I saved a bunch of money to go on a Europe trip but Covid happened and so I ended up putting that money into a house deposit! I was lucky to get in before the market boomed again after covid because there’s no way I would’ve been able to get a home loan with the current rates at the moment 😭🙏🏽
