Hi Julisa! Can I just say first of all that i just subscribed to you about a month ago or so and let me tell you why. I love how raw you are and how open you are about your momhood and your mom struggles. I recently watched your podcast and heard how you mentioned someone people have given you mean comments about your weight. I recently had a baby girl too! Mines is 3 months and thats one of the reasons why I liked your channel because I like when you show your routines and give tips! Example, im a third time mom and had always struggled with nap times. I saw in one of your vids you mentioned timing their wake and sleeping times and omg rhat has been a game changer!!! Anywho, back to your comment, I feel like with the girst baby, our bodies usually snatch right back, but with our second and third babies it takes more time. We also have to remember that we noe have more babies and its hard to take care of baby, our other kids, and then also ourselves. As moms i feel we prioritize our wntire fanily before we do us. And just remember your body made an entire human being!!! You created life! You have changed our future and girrrl! Giving birth aint easy!!! A mi me paso lo mismo with my babygirl. She was born withing 2 pushes and swallowed the fluid. She was spitting up for like 2 days as well. My nurses didnt really tell me why so I was worried as hell until one nurse explained to me what happened. So just remember your body, mind, and heart has been theough a lot so give yourself time. Time to heal before you hit restart. As a latina i feel like sometimes people around us say little comments that hurt us too. Or they compare us. I gained weight too and i feel insecure, but then i remind myself que no, it will get done, but it rakes time and i have to be patient. So take your time and in all honesty, girl you are glowing!!! And you look beautiful! I enjoy your videos! Franco and Belen are so cute! Se paresen los dos mucho a tu mama, in my opinion! A send so many positive vibes your way!

Pasaron por el puente Baluarte es el puente atirantado mas alto del mundo, esta en los límites Durango - Sinaloa. De hecho en Boulevar Guadina ay una mini réplica 😊 y si la autopista Dgo-Maz esta super cara y no en buenas condiciones gastas más en caseta qué en gas 😢 pero las vistas que te regala la sierra madre occidental son especiales ❤❤
