It’s called “maskne” and just be sure to wash your face and wear clean masks. I also heard to rinse your mouth with a good mouthwash before going out because you’re exhaling the bacteria from your mouth and it’s getting trapped underneath your mask and onto your skin. You do appear to be well versed in skin care, so hopefully your “maskne” will be short lived. Good luck!
