I think this is my first time commenting since I’ve subscribed to your channel. 🤭First Congratulations on your 1st apt it looks great. 🎉 I know you’re using whitening stripes, those tend to make my teeth feel extra sensitive. I get compliments on my teeth a lot. Try using those acrylic glass straws whenever you drink anything that has color, I bought mine from Amazon and I also gargle w/ peroxide along w/ using Sensodyn extra whitening toothpaste. Also it’s easier for me to put all my vitamin supplements in a week pill container😊 instead of each day retrieving it one by one lol. Stay blessed girl love your channel. 💅🏾

Thank you so much and I do use strips but only from moon oral, the crest ones burn my gums really bad but everything else you listed I do as well on occasion, I seen a huge difference when I was using peroxide consistently! And I just recently ordered me those glass straws from Amazon, Iove them when I have my coffee!
