Gugu can I just share a testimony with you.... Me and hubby have been married going on 13yrs, took us 7yrs into our marriage before we got our house, not just a house but more than what we thought. We had applied and gotten rejected a few times, even took a year off looking because I was getting frustrated. All the people/friends around us had bought nice houses before us and it would hurt but unfortunately we were not in a financial position that was right. Not only did God bless us to buy our home we paid cash for it. We had to change direction in terms of where we initially wanted to stay but where we live now we are happy. Our kids are happy we are happy and we didn't settle. God taught me patience and that He will do over and above. Please keep praying 🙏🏾 God will open the doors. Our journeys are different it's life but by the grace of God we get there. You are not alone. ❤ Fun fact... We want to move to Cape Town but the kind of home we want means selling here and topping up so we are busy saving. Life hey😊😅.

Hi Sine, please vlog house hunting. It’s hard buying a home. When I was looking the first home I saw I fell in love with it. Unfortunately the owners didn’t want to accept our offer. The person that ended up buying the home end up placing the home on the market a year later. I ended up setting for another home with a bigger kitchen. We have been renovating room by room. Please don’t feel down. I hope that you will get something even better.

Sometimes in life things happened for the reason. I have extended my parents house to a double story working in a call centre now it's being 14 yrs people said it cannot be done cause I cant not afford a bond as A single parent with kids after 7 yrs I have made it , this year I am planning to start building my house ❤ need to build a legacy for my children. It not over till God says so I am living prove that humble beginnings and taking care of my unemployed parents while they are still alive and offer them the best of their dreams and the sacrifice they made for me, and what they gave up for me as an only child they have and taking care of my 4 cousins as well without any help .
