I heard in Korea, the citizens are completely banned from entering the casinos in the country, only foreigners can enter.

Yes that is correct. When you enter casino, you have to show passport. But there is 1 casino (kangwon land casino), Koreans can enter as well lol I never been but my grandma visited it 👵
