I think what’s worse is getting back to work this time of the year - year end fatigue flying in the air🥵 I think the first week Back to work should start lasting a few hours only wa so we adjust to everything nawa. But let’s be grateful, I mean you back to work after Baby A is 4 months👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I only got the grill pan, I have 2 full books.. I want to fill my 3rd one and add 3 more pots/pan to my kitchen 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽

Double work... am hoping the best for you... i can relate.. though not so much.. coz you are at work until 7pm or even later than that. But you a strong woman.. my advice, take it easy. You are still fragile in and out until you are 6 -7 months. Your body cant still take a load.. + mind (ngoo)

Having to go back to work only when a baby is few months old isn’t fair 🥺 Imagine knowing you’ll miss many milestones of the Baby. Also dealing with exhaustion or engorgement at work!! The world needs to be fairer to women and parents in general

Being a woman and being a mother seems to have been some sort of punishment. Or is it? I must go read Eve’s punishments again, but I just remember child birth pain and desiring your husband if I’m not mistaken? I’ll check it up. But it’s the milestones part maaan Only for me to come home and find my son sitting without support today 😫

I used to be early early until I became a mom… now I’m always rushing to get to work 😂😂😂 I commute and so it’s always a hassle getting everything done before 6 And especially when you want to do everything, you get worn out..The whole etete journey… Moms are superheroes!

Hi there Dr Shilongo? I would like to ask, where does one get a jungle juice from in Namibia? Also is it recommendable to mommies that may found themselves with little or no breastmilk at all?

Jungle juice, see my postpartum video I think I put images there of the following ingredients. You just need: 2L water, 1L apple juice, 60ml of Schlehen Blackthorn Berry Elixir and one sachet of Blackcurrant rehydrat solution. Mix them and drink. Yes it helps with milk. You can get all these in Dischem. You can google pics and show them.

Hey New guidelines allow feeding from 4 months. Also best to still check in with your paediatrician as we did, he actually recommended it. My son by 4 months was sitting on his own and was weighing like a 7 months old, so his nutritional needs were more than the average at his age. It always differs from child to child and what works best for your situation ❤️
