Acne scars are the hardest to improve coming from someone with hormonal cystic acne... Retinols and retinoids are very helpful but they can also cause purging. You need to do your research on how to use so you get full effects. Niacinamide is also great for dark spots, you don't need a full on serum just find a good product with niacinamide in it. I use the moisturizer b5 panthenol re-barrier cream, lemme put you on korean skin care!!!

Raspberry tea leaf is a good natural option to delay your period! Drink it everyday for about two weeks before my period (works best that way) or you can probably do a week but drink a couple cups a day. I’ve only done it twice but both times it delayed my period a whole week lol
