So I actually have the same Breville that you do and it also took me forever to perfect a good coffee! I personally love Blue Bottle’s iced latte’s with oat milk and this is what I do with my Breville to get as close to it as possible 1) use fresh beans: I use Blue Bottle, sometimes Hayes Valley since it’s what they use in house but I honestly prefer using the “Balanced” beans at home 2) set your grind setting to 07 3) I never pour my entire bag of beans into the grinder because I like to measure out a specific amount each time I weigh out 19 grams of beans and pour that into the grinder but before grinding, I preheat my portafilter with about 10 seconds of hot water (the machine has an option to click hot water). Once heated, I fully grind out every bean and then get rid of any air bubbles using a WDT tool before tamping the beans. Once tamped, I set my brew settings to 50 seconds rather than keeping it at “double shot” - reason being that the double shot setting is time based and if your shot takes a while to pull, you’ll actually end up with less than a double shot. But here’s the most important part. Don’t let it go the full 50 seconds, this is more of a trick I use to ensure I can pull the right amount of espresso! Instead, using an espresso cup and a scale, only allow your machine to brew out 38 grams of espresso (you’re basically doubling the output of espresso based on the amount of beans you put it). After this, I like to mix in 1 tbs of natural vanilla syrup, and I like to serve my espresso over ice with oat milk. Hope this helps!

I use clear lazy Susan’s for under my cabinets so I can see and have access to all products without knocking anything over. I have one for face products one for body and one for hair and I just spin until I reach whet I need

For under your sink it might be nice to get a carousel/lazy susan for organizing products, that way they won't get knocked over when you reach for them and depending on the size of it you could put two under there, or one and then some shelves or drawers

I don’t recommend the mirrors that open because they take much space and look bulky. Also, It’s more probable that they end up all stained of fingerprints 😂

I would get a few narrow storage containers to organize your skincare by moisturizers, foundations, etc so they don’t tip over and they’re organized by different categories

maggie you should get the Smeg fully Automatic Coffee and Espresso machine. I think i would be perfect for fall/winter time. And keep your Breville in storage so when’s summer comes around you can always switch.

I had the same issue...I had an espresso machine but was just cravinggg a cup of hot coffee in the morning. I recently purchased the cuisinart 14-cup coffee maker and I'm obsessssed. So easy to use and clean & you can program automatic brewing so you wake up to coffee in the AM!

For your skin care, I would do something like those herb organizers at target. I have like a big one that expands to how lengthy you want it, and it looks like steps and you can put your skin care on them and it takes up less room.

Get a good French press! I barely drink hot coffee but on the occasion that I crave it, my French press makes the best cup and it’s so easy!

your bathroom cabinets look pretty big! I’d say get a couple sets of acrylic shelves (maybe 3 or 5 drawers depending on how much height you have) and you can store your non-everyday stuff in the drawers and do a small tray type thing on top for your daily go-tos!

Amazon and target and container store have great cabinet storage solutions for your products. You could also do a skincare fridge. A medicine cabinet isn’t that great lol def not worth changing out the mirrors but it comes in handy if you have little storage space. The cabinet space you have is much better.
