I love that you shared! I was concerned about you because sin can creep in, in the little things, and manifest into something bigger. The enemy will always make it seem like it's something small but it's an open door. You can have fun and still not do things of the world. It's just about who you surround yourself with, enjoy what God enjoys. No matter what do what's best for you, it's always gonna be between you and God. i agree, like should women of God be in the club? i don’t really think so. we can live and enjoy life in a Godly way; travelling, bowling, brunch/dinner, picnics.. there’s so many other options.

i agree! there’s no problem with us enjoying life and our youth! it’s exactly what God wants for us, but it’s also the mindset the enemy loves us to have because it gives him the opportunity to sneak in & influence thoughts that we should become more lax w/ our boundaries and “lifestyle”. Then before you know it,he’s made his way into our lives with his sneaky vices/suggestions. Living a life for God isn’t always clear cut as many make it seem, but with discernment it’s easier. You got this sis❤

the comments are so sweet and edifying. Had to click on this and not the last one because the description and the ig story caught my eye. Like everyone else here said, it’s important to maintain boundaries and not fall into the lie that it means we “don’t have fun”. I love the transparency, and I needed to read those comments because as a teen Christian who’s just about little under a year in her journey I need to remind myself that Jesus and the glorification of God is the standard, not our brothers or sisters(as we are all human and have different convictions and may fall). When I saw the story that thought crept back in like “See? You can do it too” and writing this now I remember Romans 14:14-17, and something Megan Ashley mentioned on her pod about certain things we post/promote and how we should consider each other etc. God bless you Shun for your accountability, and thank you to the beautiful women of God in the comments for lovingly correcting, it helped me too and I will be sure to do a heart check and work on worshipping the Lord in all I do.
