I would love to do that! Maybe I can do a rehabilitation edition now since that’s basically what I do 😅 Then I can do another one when I get back into my normal program.

@@MaritaKvam lol in the gym typing this as we speak. It's really funny... I always see these fitness influencers who post weekly gym routines which are always different. These makes one confused... do you change weekly??? Lol 😆 walking with a weekly split paper sheet in the gym all the time.

Haha yeah, totally get that 😂 Sometimes I have a split that I follow for a long period of time. And other times I am much more flexible and just do what I feel like 😜 I normally split upper and lower though. My main focus is to do what makes me feel good and what I like 😄 Right now I am only working on rehabilitating my knees and shoulders. When I am all fixed I am planning to write myself a program that I will follow for a while. I’ll show you that when I get there 😁

Thanks 😊 It’s open for rehabilitation. I got a declaration from my physiotherapist.

I still go and get treatment once a week. I will be doing it for another couple of weeks I think. 😬 They are feeling a bit better, but it’s hard to say yet because the treatment makes them sore for several days also 😅 I’ll keep you posted! 😁👍
