Half a million where I live in a the DMV area you are NOT getting a new build single family home 😐 a new build town home yes….but that’s just the normal prices for older homes around here…So crazy!

The housing market is not IT right now. You def don’t get much with these new builds. I too look at houses on Zillow on my spare time too girl and I also ride around looking at new builds. So therapeutic. Great Vlog! ❤ Loved that you spent time with your grandparents!! ❤

Chan, I may even get a little emotional as I type this because that's just who I am #CancerGang ♋ lol But I just wanted to tell you, that you have SUCH a beautiful quality HEART!! I'm going to tell you why I'm stating this fact. When I was little I remember when my brothers and sisters were older than me so they went off and got married and had families. However when they came back home, they would look down on my parent's home. It was modern enough, or it wasn't as big and fancy as their homes were. So they would often say certain things under their breath and go stay at hotels. But YOU went to your grandparents home and made yourself and your daughter (Your legacy) right at home! I loved every minute of this vlog. And while my living situation is different from when I was growing up, both of my parents are gone. And I'm sure my siblings would do ANYTHING to be back in THAT home hugging and reuniting with them. So that's all....I've cried enough lol ❤❤❤

Riding through nice neighborhoods especially on Sundays after church has always been my thing and now I do it with my husband! But girl, the prices of these house and the quality isn’t matching up these days 😩. I think it was so sweet of you to go spend time with your grandparents and allow them to spend time with the girls! I’m from the country and I know exactly what you mean about the vibe and the clean and crisp air-it’s just so different from the city! I love going home to visit my family!
