Hey Roy, I watched your video today. I love the calmness in you and how you try to make a good time and be positive. I guess it’s your nature. Yes I know how it feels, the emptiness. I used to live with my best friend, he was like a son to me. For 12 years we lived together. He originates from Nepal, came to Holland as a student and came to live with me. I really miss being together although we have good and frequent contact. He lives in Canada now for studies at a Vancouver university and he will come back. He is married now so he will live with his wife. Yes I do miss company. I understand you. Although living on your own has many positive sides. If you meet someone in Japan who wants to live together with you and he/she is a wonderful match and good friend then it would give a lot of comfort and happiness. Being alone, having that life on your own is very important and should be possible (the being on your own) even if you live together with a friend. I wish you the life you dream and hope for. I swear this is a no friend trend. So many are doing this. With that said, great video. Living alone does have its high and lonely moments. When I get lonely, I just look back at my ex-husband telling me what and what not to do, then I enjoy my peace again, lol. I heard before it is tough on foreigners. You will fit in. Takes time.

I live in Hawaii. I am Japanese -second generation born in the US so I don’t really speak Japanese. We have many cultures that live in Hawaii and many Vietnamese …you would make many friends and I think you’d like it but it’s very expensive to live here. My neighbor across the street is from Vietnam too. I would take one day a week to try and network with other Vietnamese in Japan to start out …maybe online to connect with others. It’s a stronger community when you can support each other and then from there make other friends with that as well. I will pray you feel all the love and support from afar and that you will also find people nearby to connect with …good people. 😊

Yes living alone has good and bad, in the winter long nights you wish someone to cuddle up with and in the summer to go for walks together. Time goes so quickly and be safe and healthy. Best wishes

Love ur vlog! admire you, you manage to live your loneliness and your daily life in peace with yourself, I know that sometimes it may seem hard to you but, there are those who (like me) would like to be able to live loneliness in peace with themselves, but they can't because maybe they are suffering from an anxiety disorder and can't even leave the house alone! That's why I admire you a lot, and from now on you have a new Italian friend here! I'm looking forward to your next video! P.S the pizza in italy is different, but yes is italian pizza, we don’t use corn on pizza, but i think it was very delicious, i try order it next time 😊

Hi there, Nice introverted people always have difficulties making friends. But start with some interests. Get your interests up, then look for people having the same interests. At least you would have the same subjects to talk about. I spend lots of time on YT videos. So many nice animes from China and Japan. You can sign up net flix too. Lots of nice movies there. Link up with this guy online. He is a nice japanese guy to hang out with. He loves manga and cooking ... His videos are on YT: Samurai daily life. ANd take some videos of you cooking. You make some nice food there 😉Introverts rejuvenate through silence. Extroverts are energized through interactions with people. Xin chào Roy como estas? en japon la gente suele ser amable no?, Me gusta que te esfuerces cada día sigue así. Deberías intentar cocinar platillos nuevos. El silencio a veces puede ser abrumador puedo entenderte, pero de alguna forma tener un canal de KZbin puede hacerte sentir acompañado de gente de todo el mundo, seré tu amiga, vivimos a miles de kilómetros, pero estaré apoyándote y haciéndote compañía, me gusta hablar mucho! aunque sea un poco tímida:) En mi caso disfruto de la soledad, pero no me desagradaria tener a alguien con quien crear lindos recuerdos. Veo que la gente es muy trabajadora en japon suelen caminar por las calles a altas horas de la noche. COMO que no conoces a tus vecinos desde que llegaste a japon ? supongo que son un poco reservados, espero que con el tiempo conozcas gente nueva! Veo que tomas mucho café, no te desvelas por las noches? yo tomo café en las mañanas pero es más común el Mate" acá en mi país! Aunque no puedas disfrutar una comida con tu familia no estés tristes aún puedes sonreír sabiendo que ellos están bien! Tu pizza se veía deliciosa, es una de mis comidas favoritas :) Veo atentamente tus videos y veo que a menudo hablas de la soledad, puedo entenderlo y puede ser difícil, pero tienes que hacer tu mejor esfuerzo para vivir una vida tranquila y feliz. Ser extranjero también puede ser difícil creo que si yo viajará a otro país me sentiría igual pero trataría de sonreír y demostrar lo genial que soy ! asique por favor se valiente y sonríe más en los videos me gustaría ver tu sonrisa :) Espero que tengas una buena jornada de trabajo y no sea tan agotador, también cuídate del frío y come comidas calientes :) Un saludo tu amiga Mika 🇦🇷👋🏻
