I enjoyed your vlog in Germany. I was stationed in Nurnberg for 2 years when I was in the U.S. ARMY. It’s a shame you and your family members were exposed to discrimination while there. From my experiences, back in the day. At that time there were many foreigners who lived & worked in Germany. The German people refer to them as auslander, meaning foreigner. The German people were always very nice. It’s possible the 2 time you were discriminated against might not have been German natives. It’s such a shame that hate & prejudice exists. I’m glad you guys had fun and enjoyed the beautiful sights in Bavaria. Thanks for the video’s. Brought back great memories. Danke Schon

IT is ever the same here ... foreign people from the noth african countries is high criminal and they are bad to all christian people or people from Asian countries.... and than thay say everywhere where they go thay are real German. They go to USA or other countries and say they are real German. And they rape one little girl with 10 man or kill people and they get no real punishment . It is so crazy here you can't emagine . Why is it ? the German government fight against the German people but not directly with weapons . It is dirty in Germany and when you go through the streets no one say friendly good morning like many years ago . People throw their garbage everywhere. No real German people do that .

hi sebin, I'm very happy that you like Germany:) I have personally visited these cities too, they are really beautiful! I also experience racism more often as a Chinese woman who was born in Germany. Mostly from younger people who aren't really German. I'm often spoken to by strangers because of my appearance, which can be pretty annoying. But i got used to it so...

Don't mistake annoyance for racism. Especially the way of flirting in muslim imprinted cultures is totally different from the ways we understand flirting or the (romantic) ways we are used to in our own culture or (especially) in chinese culture.

Any kind of racism is disgusting and should not be tolerated. But Maybe i should watch the video again to understand the issue but asking someone not to film is not racism, thats a privacy issue. So many korean and jaoanese youtube vloggers do not film peoples faces or blur them out for privacy and sometimes laws, so i am surprised a korean vlogger would not understand requests for privacy, as its a big thing in Germany. In parts of Japan like in kyoto, it literally illegal to take photos of peoples homes. While in South Korea, i tried to take photos of vendors in markets to catch the vibe and so many would cover their face or turn around 180 degrees. In a Gentle Monster sunglaases store in Souel, an employee followed me everywhere because it was obvious he thought i would steal, granted i had a small backpack. I was 55 years old and do not look like a thief, but it was so obvious. Aafter that experience, I always say as a white man, i now know what its loke to be a black man in upscale stores in the USA. Another ver racist experience in Busan korea occurred at a hotel swimming pool. I suppose it was my fault in that i was not culturallly sensitive. I went inyo a swimming pool alone with NO SHIRT on, which is normal in any country of the world, but in Busan EVERY man had a shirt on in the pool and they ALL looked at me like i was a sexual predator...such aN awkward feeling so i left!! In Germany, in some really small towns, some older people would really stare unbearably and me my Thai wife walking with me. Not sure if it was disgust or curiousity but it was HIGHLY unfortable. Same frequently hapoens in rural areas of the USA. My worst experience was in metro in Tokyo. It was late night and after a long day, i was tired and i leaned my head on my Thai wife and stretched my leg. Bear in mind the metro car was EMPTY, but some middle aged japanese guy walked by and slammed a heavy metal object on my leg walked away and looked at me with bitter hatred. So obviius he didnt like a muddle aged white guy being with a "japanese" woman! My wife thinks he was mentally ill but i didnt see that, i justvsaw eyes of hate in him.

90% of the people inhabiting and moving through and into the inner cities in Germany now are either tourists or migrants. Germans are in the minority there. Simply listen to the languages spoken in the streets downtown. It is nice you mentioned the german flag. It has become rare in germany, so has the german language. Go to an arbitrary platform of a train station and then listen. The surroundings of a Bahnhof (station), same thing . Or into a shop there. The main discrimination currently is against Germans. We are becomming a second Sweden . It starts with public housing and ends with kindergarden and other benefits like Bürgergeld. Simply see the figures. Germany and with it Europe is dissolving.

i am german myself, thanks for your video! Without trying to excuse this xenophobic behave, I have to emphasize, that you truely traveled through some very conservative parts of germany. I guess many of us live a very withdrawn life mostly in contact with their family, friends and co-workers. In Addition, a lot of germans suffer overweight as cause of eating disorders and thats probably because of the good quality of food or just bad education :P. (In asian areas, the rate of overweight is comparatively low - Which makes people of asian origin, usually immediatly attractive, at least to a big part of us) Vlogger are unpopular here, i guess mostly in the eyes of older people foundet on envy about your life/salary. Also by a lot of younger people, mosty for the same reasons.. The Overweight and Shame therefore associated with it, as well as the withdrawn lifestyle are both reasons why most germans (i know) dont like it to be filmed.. Especially if they are traveling/shopping with children. For most people it becomes ok, when you ask them. I know that it´s not possible to ask everyone in sight, but i hope to have given you some insight. I hope you were able to enjoy your time here despite

But also when thay said only nihau .. that is not really bad and no racism. It depends on how thay said it . I had a gf from china and she was really happy here . The people in asian countries is extremely friendly and a little bit sensitive . Compared to germany for example when in our jobs we do something not perfect other people ever say very directly.... you do it wrong , that is not good . And people from asian countries take care very much to dont hurt the other people . I like that so much and because of that i will try to live in an asian country

Dirk 🙏

If you grow up in Germany with a distinct visually differing background it's nearly impossible to not experience first-hand racism and I say that as someone who already grew up in a (on average) more tolerant western Germany. However to be fair (and depending on where you ethnically come from) it can be rather low-key or limited. I feel if you are Asian you probably have the least amount of experiences on average, and as a Turk or Black person it could abstractly seen be more increased chances; at times even minorities discriminate each other. Most people are nice though, let it be known. I say or type that because the negative experiences tend to linger on the mind a lot stronger or longer but we tend to forget all the kind or normal experiences each day that make up the sum of interactions. As a German I think I can say that Germany is a good enough place to live in. Even as a foreigner who maybe did not grow up there but moved there after a while. Despite newer hardships of the recent times the living quality is still good I think. I do earn well now but I also saw times where I was unemployed and like to think I can compare a bit at least.

What left-wing cl0wns define as racism is pretty silly. Like many germans you are always confusing facts and common sense with racism. Germany and the western world in general is the least place where you experience real racism nowadays. It's literally the oposite. The western world is destroying itself due to leftwing tolerance and immigration policy. And when it comes to turks and black people it's more than justified that germans have developed a certain resrvation against them due to the crime statistics and how aggressive those groups behave in general. Most stereotypes are developed for a reason. So yeah, no wonder why Asians are far more welcomed everywhere in the world.
