It wouldn’t hurt to take a look into what types of food you’re putting into your body too. As we get older, our bodies become more sensitive to certain types of foods; fatty meals, chemicals, processed foods , etc. Read up on what foods are better for your health. More veggies the better, and less caffeine. It’s a complete change on how you eat. It’s not easy, I’m currently doing it for myself. But I’ve found many good recipes out there. BTW..truly missed you, was worried about you. Feel better. Take care of your self first. And here’s an idea…you could make videos on your “new” food/recipes that you cook. Give it a try. I just found out my best friend has cancer and she’s like a sister to me. I also have two surgeries coming up and i have to be put under anesthesia. I’m scared to death to go under cuz of anesthesia awareness. I’m at risk for it since I used to be a drug addict. But I’ve been clean the past 8 years. Welcome back! When my gallbladder went bad it caused really bad reflux and indegestion and severe pain in my upper abdomen below my sternum and breasts. Mine was full of gallstones and nothing really seemed to help the pain. Caused other symptoms too that I never would have thought were related but they all went away after removal. Utis, urinary issues, fatigue, etc. Got my gallbladder out a year ago and I've been so much better ever since. Apparently it had been filling up with stones for YEARS before I had any idea there was something wrong. Good luck and hope you get answers!

Hi Bree! I know ow you’ve mentioned your KZbin channel has been struggling. A lot of older channels are so KZbinrs who have had them for over 5 years or so have been making new channels and it’s helping them with the algorithm a lot. Jessica Kent has a “short” about it. Bre your symptoms explain what happened to me when I had to get my gallbladder out, except mine was bad. But be aware when you get the gallbladder out. Talk to your doctor about getting supplements that are replaced when you get your gallbladder out. Because you won't be able to eat stuff without going to the bathroom.

I currently just got home from taking care of my mom who had a full knee replacement. While I was there I got sicker and sicker with what we think is the beginning of bronchitis. Got in prednisone today so that’s gonna be fun (not)! So I feel you with the medical stuff!! Feel better babe!

Omg Bree I'm so sorry ❤. I have been there. I get the same GI stuff. Mine is from stress Alot of the times, or my diet. I get it when I eat Alot of fast food. I take Prilosec when it flares up. Probiotics might help everything. You could go to a natural health store and ask them. They will know.

My maternal and only living grandmother had to have her gallbladder removed years ago as she was having severe attacks leaving her unable to do anything for hours at a time. It took me months to find out I had IBS because the symptoms were so odd I actually thought I had Covid a couple times but that wasn’t the case. I was also thinking you could try Uqora for your urinary health not as medicine but supplements that maintain healthy bacteria in the bladder, urethra, and vagina along with a drink that flushes your system. It’s worked great for me each month for over a year, so might be worth checking out. Hope you can resolve all your health issues finally and glad to see you hanging in there with Avril 💜💜💜

Hey bre, this might be TMI but my mom also suffers from very frequent UTIs and after multiple doctors visits, she noticed that her UTIs usually come a day or two after being intimate with my step dad. When she told this to her doctor they asked if he was uncircumcised, he was. They prescribed her a low dose anti biotic to take after sex. We’re waiting to see if this helps but it’s the only answer that makes sense because she has been tested for everything under the sun and they always come back negative

Yup. I have literally the exact same problem! My doctor talked to me about the antibiotic to take after sex but she said that antibiotics are not the best for you so she wanted to avoid that and try to find other issues first. It's been over a month now and I'm still having issues even with no intimacy. I did antibiotics, got tested for everything, its all negative. It's definitely frustrating! :(

Funny how you described all of that health issues that you had, and so did your mom.. it *clicked*, made an connection what had happened to my husband. He constantly had weird chest issues like you mentioned, and how he kept thinking it might have been heart attack, or something to do with that specific area, then in 2017... his gallbladder went in full attack mode that we rushed him to ER in middle of the night. so we scheduled gallbladder removal surgery 2 weeks from that night it happened, and so I asked him just as I watch this if he ever had that heaviness in his chest ever since, he said no. So.. it's definitely your gallbladder slowly going bad! If it does, consider the removal before it shuts down on you, it was worst thing my husband ever experienced through, and it was bad seeing how much pain he was in, and he couldn't *even* eat anything for 2 weeks with a fear of anything will triggering gallbladder attack. Anything with fat tend to trigger his gallbladder so we had to be on full fat-free diet til his surgery!

I'm not all the way through this video yet but I just wanna say too, I had pain during my gallbladder attacks in the exact same spot as you're having and drs dismissed it as heartburn and acid reflux for over a month before I ended up in the ER and had a ultrasound to confirm I had gallstones and cholecystitis. Whenever they asked me to describe the pain I said it felt like I had swallowed a tennis ball and it was sitting at the bottom of my sternum, putting pressure on everything and making it hard for me to breathe. The most excruciating pain I've ever felt in my entire life, I wouldn't wish gallstones on anyone. Some women say it's worse than giving birth and I honestly believe it, had to call paramedics during my last attack a month ago because I couldn't breathe..ended up having emergency surgery 10 hours later. I hope you find answers soon ❤ I didn't have health issues either til I hit 29 and it's been an absolute mess the last 10 months lol guess that's what happens when you start getting old 😂

Glad your back, i have the same issue ive had a few UTI's this past year i was told to try feminine probiotics for your vaginal health maybe that would help in that area. Try uro or Hum also maybe try cranberry supplements in addition to that its the worst having UTI's. I will take what i can get when it comes to your vlogs they are always comforting at least to me ❤

I think if you had gallstones or an issue with your gallbladder you’d notice having issues going to the bathroom. I went through a whole ordeal of months thinking I had cancer or something. Turns out I had gallstones and ended up needing surgery to remove it. I hope you don’t have to go through it but it’s super common in women.

I had gallbladder attacks/symptoms for 5 months before I had emergency surgery and I never had issues at all going to the bathroom. That's not necessarily a marker for gallbladder disease or stones.

Please ask your GI to also check your pancreas. I had gallbladder issues that then lead to pancreatitis and I felt the pain right below my sternum in the middle. Ask for lab work.

FYI I had the ultrasound done twice on my gallbladder and it showed nothing wrong, but a different test (forgot what it's called) found my gallbladder was just dead, so keep in mind if they say its fine after the ultrasound...maybe not. Take care!

Yes that's another test we will do in the future! I think he called it something like a squeeze test or something like that? Where they test you gallbladder and how it reacts to certain things to see if it's working properly. I don't know if that's the technical term for it or not. Lol

I thought the same thing. STD tests came back negative for everything. I think I'm just allergic to him at this point. We are no longer intimate because I've been in so much pain. 😅😅

Sp good to see you again. ❤️ About the UTI: I literally had this for a couple of years (severe UTIs) until one Urologist suggested - after testing negative for all sorts of things including STDs - that I get a vaccine for UTIs. This specific one was called StroVac, but there is also other name brands. It worked immediately. I had to repeat the vaccine yearly for a couple of years, but I never had a UTI again. ever. Before the vaccine, I had the UTIs several times a year, it was awful. The downside is that it seems to not work for everyone this well but it’s worth a try. Maybe you can ask your Urologist if they have a vaccine in the USA too? 🙏 Get well soon 🌻
